Arcade games

I've started collecting arcade games, but I keep that on my arcade page.

Wanted!

I'm always looking for new computers and peripherals to add to my collection. If you have anything you wish to sell, trade or donate, please don't hesitate to contact me. My wishlist, in no particular order:

These computers are not for sale!

I've received a few letters from people assuming that these computers are for sale. They are not, though I might be willing to trade if you make an interesting offer. Check the Wanted list for what can be considered an insteresting offer.

Computers

Model Acquired Condition Extras Notes
Commodore VIC-20 1998 The keyboard is almost dead. You have to slam every key like the restore key :). Cleaning it might help. Works just fine with a C64 keyboard.
Commodore C64 1987 Good. My first computer. Used to be my main C64 until I got my SX-64.
Commodore C64 2000 Good. 1st generation PAL C64, all major chips socketed.
Commodore C64C 1989 Dead. I just keep this one for spares.
Commodore C64C 2000 Good.
Commodore SX-64 1996 The screen has suffered a tiny bit of burn-in from the previous owner, but otherwise it's in perfect condition. JiffyDOS.
Commodore C128DCR 2001 Worn. JiffyDOS.
Commodore C128 2001 Good.
Commodore C128 1998 Dead. The 8502 is toasted so it's unusable.
Commodore PET 200 1998 Good. CBM 8050 dual disk drive and CBM 8023 matrix printer. A Swedish 8032-SK.
Commodore Plus/4 2001 Good.
Commodore Amiga 500 1997 Dead. The power led comes on but it doesn't produce any image and the disk drive doesn't click.
Commodore Amiga 1200 1993 One toasted 8520: the parallel port doesn't work and it sometimes gurus on power-up.
Commodore Amiga 1200 1998 Good. Blizzard 1220 28 MHz accelerator with 4 MB fast RAM, 170 MB IDE HD, SquirrelSCSI. Painted black.
Sun SparcStation 5 2001 Good. 96 MB RAM, 9 GB HD.
Pentium III 450 1998 Good. Overclocked to 504 MHz Maxed out :)
Pentium 120 1999 Good. Running a small floppy router.
486 DX2/66 1999 Good. Small FreeBSD server
386 1999 Good. ISA Eprom burner Just for burning eproms
Toshiba T1200 2000 Good, but battery is old and tired
Atari 520STE 1997 Good. Got this one for free, but I don't have any software at all for it.
Atari 1040STF 1998 Good. SM124 monochrome monitor. German model. A friend found it in a dumpster and gave it to me. German keyboard and ROM.
3Com Palm Vx 2000 Good.
Atari Portfolio 1997 Good. 128 kB mem card, 64 kB mem card, serial interface, parallel interface. Finally got file transfers to work.
Atari Portfolio 1997 The previous owner's daughter dropped in the ocean, so it doesn't run on batteries any more, only with an AC-adapter.
Sord M5 1997 Good. Basic-I, Basic-G, Basic-F and FALC productivity cartridges. The different basics are pretty good, but with only 4 kB of RAM you can't really do anything with the computer.
SEGA GameGear 1997 Good. Arcade Classics and Sonic Chaos game cartridges.
DataGeneral Aviion 300 1997 Good. A 21" colour monitor and a combined 300 MB SCSI HD and 150 MB Exabyte tape drive. This one is sadly lacking an operating system as the media is corrupted. It installs OK, but the kernel doesn't load after restart. Powered by a 25 MHz Motorola 88000, and costed a fortune when it came out. Got it for free.

Peripherals

Model Acquired Type Condition Notes
CMD SuperCPU 128 2001 20 MHz 65816 accelerator cartridge Good. Vroom.
Commodore 1901 2001 RGB and S-Video monitor Good.
Commodore 1541C 1997 5.25" 170 kB disk drive, IEC interface Good. Set to device #10.
Commodore 1541-II 2000 5.25" 170 kB disk drive, IEC interface Good.
Commodore 1551 2000 5.25" 170 kB disk drive, TCBM interface Top half of case is broken.
Commodore 1571 2001 5.25" 340 kB disk drive, IEC interface Broken.
Commodore 1581 1998 3.5" 800 kB disk drive, IEC interface Good. JiffyDOS installed.
Oceanics OC-118N, 1541-compatible 1988 5.25" 170 kB disk drive, IEC interface Broken. Loads fine maybe half of the time, sometimes it just trails off. Whacking it on the top helps temporarily, as well as slowly saying "Määäk" while inhaling. It was a bitch to play Ultima IV on it.
Commodore 8050 1998 Dual 5.25" 524 kB disk drive, IEEE-488 interface Good. Needs 96 TPI disks -- if you have any to spare, please contact me.
Commodore 8023 1998 80-column printer, IEEE-488 interface Untested. I don't have any ink ribbons for this one so I haven't bothered with connecting it. Probably works since the 8032 and 8050 that it came with works just fine.
1764 REU 1998 C64 memory expansion Good. Upgraded to 512 kB.
The Final Cartridge III 1988 C64 cartridge Good. Great cartridge that adds a lot of needed things to the C64: floppy speeder, monitor, freezer and a graphical interface (but I don't care much for that). Unfortunately it's incompatible with the 1581 disk drive.
Action Replay MK VI 2001 C64 cartridge Good.
HP ThinkJet 1989 Inkjet printer, RS-232 interface Good. The first inkjet printer ever produced.
